By using the BloomVale Seeds store and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them alongside our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages.

Products & germination

Buying seeds involves natural variability. Germination can be affected by climate, soil, storage and care. We guarantee seeds are fresh and true to variety at dispatch, but we cannot guarantee germination results, which depend on conditions beyond our control.

Prices, payment & tax

All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout based on your shipping destination and current rules. For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties or customs taxes charged by your country. An order is final once payment is confirmed; we may decline or cancel orders that are prohibited, restricted, or appear fraudulent.

Shipping & risk of loss

We aim to process and ship orders as described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the parcel is handed to the carrier; delivery claims must be raised within the timeline stated there.

Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of crops or growing expectations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
